'Excellent potential the property has. small fixes can make it the best. Staff incredible . Room Service and condition of some of the chairs was disappointing and having no one answer your calls is unacceptable. There is no hot water provision in the room. the best part was the excellent staff who did everything to make it up, they waived certain fees as well as offered free breakfast (brilliant) . though the smoke from controlled fires from the city which was not their fault made breathing in...
