'This is by far the nastiest property I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room smelled like moldy dogs, there were dead flys everywhere and the mattress cover stains from God knows what. Lucky I was on camping trip so I had river shoes to walk around room, and sleeping bag that I used to sleep on top of covers. I only got the room because of heavy rain storm, If given the choice next time I’ll sleep outside in the rain. At least I know what I’ll be facing. '

'Surprisingly comfortable room with clean linens, in contrast to the drab outside appearance and neighborhood. Steady AC white noise enabled us to sleep well. Breakfast was minimal but on par with the cost. Nick's Catfish & BBQ was quite close and we enjoyed our meal there.'
