'Just booked a balcony room through expedia. Was looking forward to the pool. When arrived there seemed to be construction works. All balconies closed, pool closed, no breakfast. 'Les photos sont attirantes mais la réalité est toute autre. C´est un très grand hotel avec de multiples batiments. Tout est assez ancien et très moyennement entretenu. Notre suite était grande mais pas très propre, partout des carpettes anciennes et pleines de taches. La chambre dans le batiment 6 etait terriblement bruyante car il y a à chaque étage une piece avec des machines des airconditionnés qui produisent un bruit effrayant jour et nuit. 'Stayed here for one night before a cruise. Great overnight stay! Had an ocean front room with balcony and watched the sunrise. The outside of the hotel doesn’t give a great impression, but they’ve put done work in on the inside. The bar and restaurant were great, the little coffee shop was perfect for AM coffee to have while watching the sunrise. '

'Hebben een meer dan fantastische verblijf van drie dagen gehad in dit hotel. Mooie supergrote kamer met alles erop en eraan. Heerlijke bedden, grote badkamer en verder een meer dan prima zwembad. Maaltijden zijn exclusief en wel relatief duur. Hebben dus ook wat uit de supermarkt gehaald. Maar 'over all'is dit een fantastisch hotel!!'

'The rooms are okay for the price you’re paying. Clean enough and had all you need. WiFi was terrible with almost no reception and the hot water in the shower was either cold-ish or either super hot. Thermostat was bugging I suppose. It was mentioned to the reception tho.'

"Les photos sont attirantes mais la réalité est toute autre. C´est un très grand hotel avec de multiples batiments. Tout est assez ancien et très moyennement entretenu. Notre suite était grande mais pas très propre, partout des carpettes anciennes et pleines de taches. La chambre dans le batiment 6 etait terriblement bruyante car il y a à chaque étage une piece avec des machines des airconditionnés qui produisent un bruit effrayant jour et nuit. De plus le samedi matin à 8h le personnel faisait des déménagements de meubles en claquant les portes! Le personnel de la réception ne s´est meme pas excusé. L´hotel est principalement utilisé par des voyageurs avant ou après un départ en croisière, le personnel ne fait aucun effort puisque l´hotel est plein. Très triste et une honte pour la chaine Radisson! A éviter! "
