'Just booked a balcony room through expedia. Was looking forward to the pool. When arrived there seemed to be construction works. All balconies closed, pool closed, no breakfast. 'Les photos sont attirantes mais la réalité est toute autre. C´est un très grand hotel avec de multiples batiments. Tout est assez ancien et très moyennement entretenu. Notre suite était grande mais pas très propre, partout des carpettes anciennes et pleines de taches. La chambre dans le batiment 6 etait terriblement bruyante car il y a à chaque étage une piece avec des machines des airconditionnés qui produisent un bruit effrayant jour et nuit. 'We loved it. The front desk(wish I knew her name) was so accommodating and polite. The room was very nice and the ocean view was perfect. The food at the poolside restaurant we had for lunch and dinner was surprisingly FANTASTIC! I highly recommend the mango mahi sandwich. Amazing view of the rocket and I would assume the launch but our launch was scrubbed, unfortunately. Sign up for Hilton Honors and stay here, you won't regret it!'

'Hebben een meer dan fantastische verblijf van drie dagen gehad in dit hotel. Mooie supergrote kamer met alles erop en eraan. Heerlijke bedden, grote badkamer en verder een meer dan prima zwembad. Maaltijden zijn exclusief en wel relatief duur. Hebben dus ook wat uit de supermarkt gehaald. Maar 'over all'is dit een fantastisch hotel!!'

'The rooms are okay for the price you’re paying. Clean enough and had all you need. WiFi was terrible with almost no reception and the hot water in the shower was either cold-ish or either super hot. Thermostat was bugging I suppose. It was mentioned to the reception tho.'

Notre suite était grande mais pas très propre, partout des carpettes anciennes et pleines de taches. La chambre dans le batiment 6 etait terriblement bruyante car il y a à chaque étage une piece avec des machines des airconditionnés qui produisent un bruit effrayant jour et nuit. De plus le samedi matin à 8h le personnel faisait des déménagements de meubles en claquant les portes! Le personnel de la réception ne s´est meme pas excusé. L´hotel est principalement utilisé par des voyageurs avant ou après un départ en croisière, le personnel ne fait aucun effort puisque l´hotel est plein. Très triste et une honte pour la chaine Radisson! A éviter! "
