'Excellent. Used for overflow from lake accommodations. Great location in "downtown" West Brookfield. An added plus is host owns both units in the duplex so there is room for 13 total (something we took advantage of)'

'A truely beautiful place. The way that the light filled the space through the many large windows was magnificent. The grounds were expansive, restful, and very walkable. The living space was ample and very comfortable. The absence of a "kitchen" sink required a little ingenuity. We loved it.'

'We were looking for a place for overflow guests from our lake accommodations. This host's apartments were perfect. (Host owns both apartments in duplex) Added bonus, my outta state guests loved West Brookfield, the quintessential New England town.'

'Check in was easy with very clear and easy to follow directions from the host.The kitchen had everything I needed in the morning and was stocked with many items in the case that I had come empty handed.I asked for a change in room temperature which was handled immediately by the host remotely.The location was two minutes from my destination which was very helpful.'

'Perfect apartment with lots of room; comfortable beds. Decorated with a personal touch (some VRBO's feel too impersonal) which made it very welcoming. Could not be better located for visiting Clark University campus!'

'Compact and comfortable room that is a close walk to Fenway Ballpark and the Museum of Fine Arts. Lots of dining options close by. However, I had to phone Maverick Suites to get the entry information. They claimed Hotels.com did not provide them with my contact information. Hotels.com did not make it clear that this is essentially a "self-service" stay place. No chair or bedside table in Room 209. I found no ice machine in the building.'

'This third story apartment was perfect for my families needs. It was clean and the neighborhood was very friendly. The bakery on Chalkstone Ave has amazing bake goods, I definitely recommend staying here. '

'Just blocks to all the North End restaurants and sites. Unit is clean and comfortable and as advertised. It is a one bedroom studio, largish hotel room size. Very clean and modern. Ground floor so no view but gets some light. Kuerig coffee maker, but need to bring or buy pods. Well appointed kitchen but no salt, pepper or anything, but we knew this from previous reviews. No parking but found parking nearby on spot hero. Definitely paying for location and clean modern accommodation. Would come...

'Jenny was a fantastic host! Communication with her was great and she was quick to respond. Jenny's condo was very neat and tidy. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Savin Hill MBTA train station. '
