'I booked myself a solo getaway and absolutely loved my stay. I stumbled across this place by chance and booked on a whim! I'm glad I did.The room was absolutely beautiful, and the view from the terrace was unbelievable. One of my favorite parts was having my morning coffee out there admiring the view and watching the sunset. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious! 'I received the access and Wi-Fi codes ahead of check-in, which made arrival super easy. The room and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh, and it was nice and warm when we entered. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated that they had a full cable channel package — great for relaxing after a long day. I also felt safe knowing there were security cameras outside each room. The location is just outside Orillia, so you’ll need to drive about 8–10 minutes into town for dining or groceries,...

'From the moment of arrival the staff were so friendly and accommodating to ensure we were looked after, even keeping the restaurant open just a bit late to allow us to squeeze in a meal. The compact and historic property contains a pleasant pub and separate restaurant and about 11 boutique and cozy rooms. The complimentary breakfast was very high quality also. Overall an absolute treat finding this gem in Fergus. '
