'This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at so far. The pictures are misleading and portray a completely different atmosphere. Half of the hotel is abandoned and dirty. I had to request new pillows because the ones in our room, (249) were dirty, the bathroom was dirty. There’s people drinking right outside your door. Super limited space and I can go on and on.. I’ve stayed at motels 6 hotels before and I thought this was going to be similar, but not at all. '

'I prepaid for the booking using OneKey cash but the hotel charged me for the room when they swiped my card for incidentals. I was told the pending charge would go away but it posted to my account while my receipt from the hotel reflects the fact that I prepaid through Expedia. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the hotel to discuss the issue and refund the charge.'
