'A great place to stay in a great location if you want to avoid hotels. This is a private, detached studio in a beautiful, very quiet neighborhood, not far from several connected walking trails (River Park) and major shopping, restaurants and medical facilities. 'We enjoyed our stay and was very comfortable and clean.'

'Everything was wonderful! The host had great communication and everything went smoothly. Any questions we had she was quick to answer. The hot tub and pool were clean and we enjoyed using both. Would highly recommend!!'

'We had a reunion to go to in Orland, California. And we had friends that were in Chico. So the location was perfect. The room was perfect and we had a great time.'

'No spa. Pet friendly. '

'This was truly a home away from home. Everything we needed was here, a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, full size kitchen sink and bathroom! I was worried about the heat Chico is known for but the living and bedroom areas were both very cool and comfortable. I definitely recommend this perfect rental.'

'I was looking for a quiet place to stay near many different outdoor adventure destinations, and found it here. My host provided helpful instructions to prepare me for my stay, and the guide book in the guest house had valuable information on local area attractions.'

'The studio was immaculate and the couch and bed were very comfortable to sit on and sleep on The air conditioning was great as was the staff and parking I will be back again and I highly recommend staying here'

'Nice place, It was a warmer day for the Tahoe area, so the chalet was quite warm when we checked in, late afternoon, after look for the a/c control in realized there was no a/c. After opening the windows and get the provided electric fans, the building soon cooled off. In fact the outside air soon cooled to the point in need to close the windows. No a/c was actually needed.Nice visit to the area'
