'I made a reservation through Expedia/VRBO, and the host canceled less than 24 hours before check-in without providing any explanation. When I contacted Expedia, they were not aware that the reservation had been canceled. I then contacted VRBO, where the listing was posted. VRBO was unable to reach the host to determine the reason for the cancellation and could only confirm that the reservation had been active and fully confirmed in their system. 'The door card only worked in one door of the three rooms, two of the three bathrooms were dirty with nail clippings and public hair in bath tub, there is no service by the pool so you have to go find food and drinks to bring in by oool, there also is no food in premises so that’s super inconvenient, the resort feel/ vibe is NOT here at all. We were in floor theee, every time we get off the elevator it smelt like absolute rock trash throughout the hallways. It was absolutely disgusting. I said...

'The location and property were 5-star all around with lots of toys for the kiddos and a wellStocked kitchen. It was a pleasant home away from home stay. The ONLY issue was the shower. The shower heads and pressure were a little tricky, which can be an easy fix. But nothing that wouldn’t stop me from staying there in the future. '

'We spent a week exploring Mariposa Grove and Yosemite. Casa Oso was a perfect place to return to in the evenings. Quiet, secluded, yet up-scale. Our family of 5 spent our evenings out back in the hot tub, around the fire tables, and the friendly trio of cats that would pop up every once in a while needing some attention. The kitchen had everything we needed to make great meals. Would highly recommend.'
