'Everyting okee'

'Location is optimal in case you want to explore the historic center and Lapa. Very close to the subway station and tram / bus services. The are, unfortunately, is a bit sketchy. Staff is super helpful and I wish they had different policy for the use of towels in the swimming pool area. Quiet rooms, wonderful shower and delicious breakfast cakes and other Brazilian snacks.'

'Location is close to the airport en center. You can walk to the airport during the day, 5min walk. However after dark the area is not safe and many homeless and shady people occupy the streets. There are many restaurants in the area. Service was not as aspected, some examples, roomservice entered our room after a small knock at 22.15 No excuse made. We had dinner in the hotel, dont expect much of it, no menu available in English of Spanish. No eye contact with us. Had to ask for everything....

'Was very satisfied with the staff, the room and the overall stay. I forgot to get the woman’s name who worked the front desk but she was incredibly nice and hospitable. I will remember her kindness. She and the rest of the staff made my time at Les Jardins a very memorable one. If I needed help with something or requested something, they were on top of it! Highly recommend this beautiful place'

'A beautiful building. Comfortable bed and a great night's sleep. Spacious room with a lounge. Bathroom was big with a spacious deep bath, good shower unit lovely blue tiles. Our balcony had a view over St Theresa and down town Rio. Staff were very help when our WiFi was not working and I was using up all of my data allowance. The fault was fixed.
