'Location is optimal in case you want to explore the historic center and Lapa. Very close to the subway station and tram / bus services. The are, unfortunately, is a bit sketchy. Staff is super helpful and I wish they had different policy for the use of towels in the swimming pool area. Quiet rooms, wonderful shower and delicious breakfast cakes and other Brazilian snacks.'

'Location is close to the airport en center. You can walk to the airport during the day, 5min walk. However after dark the area is not safe and many homeless and shady people occupy the streets. There are many restaurants in the area. Service was not as aspected, some examples, roomservice entered our room after a small knock at 22.15 No excuse made. We had dinner in the hotel, dont expect much of it, no menu available in English of Spanish. No eye contact with us. Had to ask for everything....
