'We had to check out of another hotel due to noise issues. Walked into this hotel hoping for a room.Kristy was very friendly and sympathetic. She found us a room and allowed us to check in early to make things easier for us. Our room was clean, and thankfully, quiet. The rest of the staff we interacted with were friendly and breakfast was excellent. Kristy saved our vacation and we are very thankful. We will stay here again.'

'Great hotel for an Asheville trip. Location is excellent and most downtown attractions, breweries, and restaurants are easily walkable. The bar at night was a fun place to hangout with the other guests and talk. The poor bartender needed help though. Too many people for him to be making drinks and running late night bites.'

'Excellent respite from the busy world of work. I did a solo visit the Biltmore Estate on my first trip and stayed at the Biltmore Village. I hiked nearly everyday because the trails where so close and offered scenic nature views. The Village grounds was the perfect blend of nature and upbeat vibes with the restaurant choices, the ice shop, the winery with free wine tasting, sitting out by the fire pit, learning from craftsman in the farming area, and so much more. 'We traveled with 2 dogs. The dog area was clean. The breakfast was delicious and great service. The shower was hot. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We did not hear any noise outside the room. Nice lobby and an assortment of snacks/beverages to buy. I would definitely stay here again. '
