Hotels met zwembad in Chamartín

'It says “5-star hotel,” but neither the hotel itself nor the service was anywhere near 5-star quality. There was a lady at the front desk who was extremely unhelpful. She kept sighing loudly and seemed annoyed because she had to repeat the same sentence. I honestly don’t understand how someone with that attitude can be working in customer service, especially in a supposed 5-star hotel. On top of that, they charge an extra fee just for checking in one hour early, with absolutely no discussion...

'Prima uitvalsbasis. Fijn groot zwembad en dicht bij station. '

'It’s beautifully renovated and at a good location. The person checking us in indicated extra sheets are provided for the pullout bed in the bedroom closet. They weren’t there and didn’t respond to us until the next day in the afternoon and after 2 requests to respond. I was then told that we would have to pay extra for them. The master bed sheets were questionably clean. My son found hair and crumbs in them. '

'So poorly kept we did not even stay. Found a clean and well managed hotel half a mile away for lower price.'

'Het is een heerlijk hotel met vriendelijk personeel, mooie ruime kamers keurig netjes schoon ,goed bed en van alle gemakken voorzien zoals shampoo ect. Het ontbijt buffet is ongekend uitgebreid echt fantastisch!'
