'Cute studio apt. Very clean. Plenty of room for 2 adults. Bed was very firm but very comfortable, pillows not so much. Great location right across from waterfront and 10 minutes walk to restaurants and market place. Appreciated the coffee in the morning.'

'The location was perfect…easy/quick walk to Church street and restaurants/shops. Off street parking was great. Easy walk to the lakefront for the cruise. Safe. Clean. Perfect for two or three people, but would be a little crowded for more. The one bathroom may or may not be a drawback. Porch furniture would be a great addition.'

'We were so excited to stay based on the description, but this was not the "designer digs" advertised or paid for. The apartment is in disrepair and several things including broken and gaping floor boards & raised, loose metal baseboard framing in doorways were unsafe, while, a very loud window air conditioner that kept us up all night, constantly dripping bathtub faucet (and gurgling air conditioner water) and chipped/peeling paint and furniture everywhere made it feel like we were staying in a...

'Location was perfect - you could walk to everything! Apartment was very clean with high end upgrades. Highly recommend!'

The oversized screened porch was ideal for dinners, as well as Vermontopoly game nights at the large dining table. We also enjoyed a few nights in the...

'The apartment was perfect for what we needed with a full, functional kitchen. A few things were broken, including a cabinet door and shower handle, but the apartment was clean and comfortable.'

'We absolutely loved our stay in Joe's place. Such a cool space! Cozy, and had everything we needed. The fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!'

'We rented both units. Very clean rooms. Pretty much brand new inside. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked everything you need. Close to Airport you can walk to couple of blocks away. Downtown short drive to Church St. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning.'
