'Jam was amazing and helped with our questions and concerns. We had a great stay. The dome was clean, bathroom was clean. We had a great Jacuzzi. The property was so welcoming. We arrived very late (1130 pm) and Jam still showed us around and made us feel welcomed. It was in the jungle but within walking distance from a nearby town. Amazingggg stay and we would definitely go back again. '

'The hotel is just new and has all the potential for a great stay, but currently some of the little things just make it not a 5/5. Our room wasn’t clean (there were nail clippings in the sink!) and when we mentioned it to the desk, it took 2 days for it to be actually cleaned.. in tulum you basically go everywhere by bike, but a 2 person room only gets 1 bike.. so you still end up paying.
