'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'I want to start off by saying that we really enjoyed staying at the Maya Palace. We have been going for the past 3 tears staying at their different hotels and by far the Maya Palace is our favorite. However, we were very disappointed with not being able to get a fresh coconut! If you have them in the resort, why not offer them to the guests even if it is a surcharge?
