'We had 7 adults and 3 kids at this rental and it worked out well with some creativity. The bathrooms were all very big, good closet space throughout the rental. The blackout curtains in the primary bedroom were amazing for our baby. Proximity to the beach and pool access were great! The upstairs game room is a loft which means the sound from downstairs travels up as well as difficulty keeping that space dark so not great for little kids. The patio furniture I think needs replacing at this point....

'Our stay got off to a rough start. On arrival, we found the property had only been superficially cleaned. There was noticeable dust and grime buildup along baseboards, wall corners, and vents, dirty grout throughout the tile flooring, staining on upholstered furniture, and residue in kitchen drawers and pantry shelves. We also found dead insects in window sills, and staining along with small holes and cracking on ceilings in multiple rooms. Throughout the property there was dried, unidentified...

'Second time at this location and loved it again! This particular condo had everything we needed and the listing is accurate - it's beautiful and very spacious. Comfy couch for us to watch the world cup soccer matches, kitchen has a variety of gadgets to make meals, dining table felt comfortable for everyone, showers had awesome water pressure to wash off all the sunscreen, and there were plenty of towels. Easy walk to the beach and the restaurant. Pools are so open and convenient, and our...

'Property was very clean and exactly as the ad described. The host gave detailed instructions on parking and how to access the condo and was very easy to reach if I had questions. The large balcony was a great space to have coffee in the morning and listen to birds while looking over the back bay and the sunsets were spectacular. Would highly recommend this booking'

'It was a great and wonderful stay. Honestly no bad reviews, we did have a couple of suggestions. The washing machine may need to be replaced or upgraded. It was super loud when it was in the spin cycle and almost had the entire condo shaking. The bathroom located on the second floor is a bit cramped. I would suggest getting the door to swing out. This would allow for bit more room in that bathroom and allow you to relocate the toilet paper dispenser.'

'Beautiful condo!!!!'

'Beautiful view, everything was very clean and nice. The parking and finding the keys for the room is the only negative. But once you locate that everything else is perfect!!! Would for sure stay here again!!'

'beautiful beach access and views.Disappointed they didn't have entertainment like most vrbo's have, i.e board games, beach toys, umbrellas, beach towels. But all in all it was nice and would probably rent again.'

'Everything was clean and comfortable. Our host responded within minutes when we reached out. The views were spectacular. Within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Had a fantastic time and look forward to visiting again. '

'It was wonderful staying in this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront unit right on the boardwalk! The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like a perfect home away from home while visiting Virginia Beach.I loved how walkable the location was to the pier, restaurants, and everything we wanted to enjoy. We had some delicious seafood at Mahi’s and Waterman’s Surfside Grille, which were both great choices!Since it was just me and my friend staying, we really appreciated having a comfortable...

'The condo is nice. Clean. But lots of issues on the Administrative side.Got different total costs one day from the next. Very frustrating just getting an accurate total cost. Go directly to the Condo Managment company and bypass VRBO is my suggestion. Check in was terrible. Driving around a garage looking for a numbered parking space, but the numbers are not sequential. What? Looked for our lockbox,, but it wasnt there. Signage inside the condo building was terrible. I ran into...
