'Lovely friendly place to stay'

'An absolute gem of a find. We booked for my birthday at the end of last year, loved it so much, went back this last weekend for our anniversary. The quiet location, the lovely food, the friendly staff, all make for a really gorgeous overnight treat. Whilst last time we stayed in the four poster bed room, we opted for the balcony room this time. It was a little tired and in need of some TLC but none the less, it was a lovely stay. '

'There was a nice welcome as we arrived. We had booked dinner for a later time but was able to be seated early. The food was very good with a good choice in the menu. The room was large and had all the required facilities. '

Felt v relaxed in the living room but the bedroom with en-suite and a dressing area made it feel large and comfortable.. Large kitchen with table for 2. Far better and so much more than a hotel room. 'The hotel offers free parking, which is a big plus as we traveled from Belgium to England by car. It takes only 10 minutes on foot to reach the centre of Bath, so we used the car only when visiting the surrounding villages. Our room was very spacious, and the nice surprise was the Nespresso machine. Also, the breakfast was delicious, and vegetarian options are available.'
