'The stuff was extremely helpful, all spoke english. We booked 2 bedroom apartment for 10 days in total in June 2025. The rooms were spacious, with a separate storage/dressing room and 2x bathrooms. The furniture was in good condition even though a bit old style.
Big appreciation to all stuff and thanks for making our stay wonderful.

'Good hotel, a variety off services, free access to do laundry and dryers is a big pluss.
It is located a bit out of nowhere so you are in need of Didis to get around. Great basement shop next door.'

'Language was a big problem but the staff always wanted to help we use the translator app on the phone to communicate and did well. The hotel staff even walk me to the ATM when the bank was closed.'

'It is very difficult to find the hotel, many map-apps have it in the wrong place. I had to have a Chinese friend call the hotel and get directions. Closest subway station is Shifoying ca 400m north of the hotel, but you have to walk through the alleys of Shifoying Xili. Other than that the hotel is very good! Breakfast is a mix of mainly Chinese food but with a western touch. The staff hardly speaks any English but they are extremely helpful and use translation apps to communicate and help you....

'Beautiful hotel. Location quite convenient, close to Guomao station and the World Trade Center. Room was absolutely beautiful. Two main issues: service and internet. People at the front desk are slow and inefficient (roomservice charges at checkout while these were paid in cash etc.). Takes a long time to check in and out. Internet was ok but often disconnected (so not good for conference calls etc.). It's a great hotel but not sure it's worth the money.'
