'Fantastic hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly, even taking our washing out of the machine for us when we accidentally put on a wash that finished in the middle of the night! Room was western-style but with lovely Japanese touches like sliding doors on the windows. The room was huge - the photos don't do it justice. The rooms are large and spacious with an industrial style. There was no TV however we don’t use one when on holiday so this didn’t bother us at all.
