'Owners were easy to reach and to work with little to no notice of our need. Unit was clean and affordable! Note - gated community with security was a learning curve but the guards were reachable by phone and very nice. '

'We had an excellent stay at this property. it was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained, Hugo was a wonderful host and extremely communicative. The property was perfectly located close to the venue for our event.Overall, we highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again in the future! Thanks, Hugo!'

'Spacious quiet apartment in the heart of downtown Orlando. Was a large apartment, nice washer and dryer, comfy bed, large bathroom. Really great for an extended stay. We loved that we could walk everywhere; restaurants, countless coffee shops, kava bar, bars, grocery store. Everything. There is a convenience store downstairs, which also came in handy. Also used the gym, which was nice and newer equipment.'

'It felt safe and secure as a community as well as the accommodations. The host was nice and unintrusive. This was actually my second time staying there. I would do it again.'
