The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. 'We liked the convenience of the area & all the things within walking distance & the price. Having a parking spot included was a plus. Upon checking in we noticed a puddle of water in the bedroom coming from a leaking air conditioner. We called the host & they answered the phone immediately. 'The decor was cute and the Roku TV, designated parking, and A/C was a great touch! However, the bathroom was a nightmare plus I feel like they should really have a mattress protector. A deep clean in the shower and bathroom is overdue. There were body hair trimmings all over the sink and a mold/staining all over the shower’s floor, grout, and walls.'

'This property was incredible. It was absolutely gorgeous and so meticulously decorated. It had everything I needed. I wish I could've used the gas stove, because it looks so professional, but I was so busy during the weekend that I didn't have that opportunity. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom shower was therapeutic. I just felt rejuvenated. I will definitely return if I'm in Cincinnati again. also, I had terrific communication with the person who runs the property.'
