'Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area.'

'Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.'

'Very nice room, well decorated with local flair. We had issues with the parking but the host did an amazing job getting the issue rectified. Bed is firm with a thick memory foam pad. Default temp seems to be set at 72. Couch is really comfortable. Patio door exits facing towards pool area which would’ve been great had we been here during pool season. My wife loves the fuzzy area rugs. There needs to be an outlet splitter or something in the bathroom. You cannot use the smart mirror and the hair...
