'We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup. 'Location, Location, Location!You couldn’t ask for a better spot—right in the heart of the city. Just two blocks from Times Square and two blocks from Bryant Park, the area felt safe and vibrant throughout our stay.The host was extremely responsive. 'Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed! My family and I slept well and enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the well-stocked coffee selection and beautiful glass mugs. There was also a convenient spot in the building to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout, so we could stay out a bit longer on our last day before returning to pick up the luggage. 'This apartment has enough room for a small group, but will us to share one bathroom. It's close enough to walk to Times Square and Broadway, but far enough so that it's not as noisy. Overall good spot. I would recommend. '

'RENTER BEWARE!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! The “property manager” canceled our reservation less than 24 hours before check in due to an ‘issue’ with the apartment - construction noise and water turned off. The host then denied that they canceled to Vrbo (so that we would not be entitled to receive a refund for the full cost of the rental which we had already paid). "We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just around the corner from Times Square. It’s the perfect base for exploring New York, with major attractions and public transportation all within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the $100 per hour charge for late checkout, which felt a bit steep. That said, we absolutely enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!"

Dus ontbijten was niet mogelijk. De sportschool waarmee geadverteerd wordt bestaat niet. En de sfeer leek meer op een station. "
