'The property is gorgeous, beautiful views, and beautiful grounds. Wonderful places on the property to sit and relax. The only issue we had was we were downstairs and the noise was a little much. We woupd probably chose an upstairs u next time.'

'Steve (the host) was a GEM! He was so accommodating when my partner and I were attending a wedding nearby (but were running late), and got us into our room quickly. The property was immaculate, cozy, and. the grounds were so well maintained (plus, the AC was frigid). We'd love to come back!'

'Under new ownership has the kitchen open to guests at all hours. NIce tho some guests cook and dont wash their dishes and no one on site to supervise it. I put way dishes from the staff baking muffins early in the day and wiped counters and tied up a full to the brim garbage can. I like the access to kitchen and common area but not if area is not monitored. Room was clean as usual and comfortable and well decorated. NO hot water for morning shower in upstairs room tho.'

'This hotel is one of the best I have seen in a long time. The furniture is modern and comfortable, the room was with oceanview. The light morning snack (croissant and croissant au chocolat) was good to get the day started. The whole experience left a very warm feeling.'

'My friends and I stayed at the farm on our way from Bar harbor to Portland. We loved staying on Denise and Bruce’s farm and would recommend it to anyone! It is quiet and relaxing but close to restaurants and you can’t beat the hospitality. Loved our time so much.'

'We booked this hotel because of the good reviews and being close to the downtown area. This hotel and the staff were amazing and the best part of our trip so far. The property was well maintained and the parking was easy as well. 10/10 recommend staying here'
