'Beautiful location right next to the water. The view was magical whether it was foggy, sunrise, high-tide, low-tide, or when the water was still as glass. 'Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. '

'We loved our stay at the Guest Cottage! Spotless and beautifully decorated, and we had all we needed for the two of us. Be aware that the shower stall is very small. Kind and timely communication from the owner. The New Harbor/Pemaquid area is a joy to visit. Be sure to have a meal at the Pemaquid Seafood Co-op! We hope to get back again one day.'

'We could not have loved our trip more. The bunkhouse was nice and cozy for our family of four, and we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor amenities. 'It was just what we needed, serenity. The location is beautiful. It was a quiet area. The deck overlooked the water. Sunsets from the deck were amazing. The cool breeze was so enjoyable. "Honestly, we really wanted to give a 5 star review, just because Marc was such a great host. But all in all our experience was a bit disappointing - considering what we paid. We had booked a cottage but it was actually a room in a cottage with several other rooms in it. The room itself did not offer the right value for money. It was clean and the bed was great, but everything else felt and looked tired and worn. The curtains looked like they hadn't been replaced since the 90s. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. There was a coffee maker but no condiments to go with it. Camden is a charming place to stay and the High Tide Inn is right on the ocean shore, which probably explains the rates. But if Marc wants to make this place work, he needs to do some work on the place. "
