'Good hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Looked like hotel was understaffed, which seemed to create some stress with some of the staff. Not that they were not friendly, but sometimes they seemed distracted.'

'There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.'

During that time, we made multiple calls and were repeatedly given misleading information, including assurances that the refund was being processed when it was not. 'I had another property booked and changed my mind at the last minute and booked this one. I hate that I did that. The room smells horrible the tub had mold. The sheets had blood stains. I had two beds so I just moved to the other bed. I got in to check in sooo late 1:30am. I couldn’t go anywhere else. Do not stay here!!!!'

'I opted for the smoking room and it was not properly cleaned . The toilet was dirty, but the shower was clean. The linens were disgusting . There were stains and burn holes in there, & the floors were covered in dust and dirt. I asked for new linens and only received new towels. My total for 2 nights was $300 and it was last min booking during a busy weekend in Philly so I guess for that rate you can’t expect much but never again will I book here, The dirty linens was unacceptable .'

'The cleanliness is noted in all aspects of our stay. I will definitely come back even just for a stay on the weekend. Only one thing that is out of the hotels control, parents need to be responsible for their kids actions. Kids were running, banging and knocking on doors past 10 pm at night. There seems to have been some sports activities going on during our stay and some lids were out of control.'
