'I liked that the property is located close to the airport. The staff did not engage at all besides helping me with checking in/out. I was not provided any info regarding the gym, pool, hours of the bar and/or breakfast hours. The property advertises airport pickup/drop off but when I tried to schedule airport pickup I was told to call them once I land in DFW. I found that a bit odd and not convenient because this could have been scheduled prior hand but instead they advise you to wait...

'The staff was incredibly generous, the location was convenient, and the rooms were very accommodating. Our room had a full-sized fridge, microwave, and sink, which made the stay especially comfortable for a longer trip. The location was excellent as well, with easy access to the Dallas area's main attractions, restaurants, and highways. Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable stay.'

Un jumelage avec une location de voiture et le locataire Europa était fermé.
J’ai du dépenser 250.00$ cdn pour obtenir une voiture. Profondément déçu d’Expedia. Le dégoût est à son comble suite à l’échange avec l’ordinateur de l’intelligence artificielle de Expedia qui témoigne d’un geste de mépris à l’égard de la clientèle avec ses paroles vides et sans service.
