'All 16 family members gathered in this lovely property for a fantastic week. The home was perfect providing space for 8 adults and kids from 21 to 6 to have space. Proximity to the beach was perfect. The pool and patio adjacent to the pool provided great afternoon gathering space. The elevator was a great help in bringing groceries in and the kitchen provided all that was needed to prep meals for a crowd. Definitely a home designed for a large gathering looking to make seaside memories.'

'House was great! Lots of room and space for a big family. Beds are firm but comfortable. Options for King size rooms and location to bathrooms is also great. Pool and hot tub are an added luxury. The neighborhood is quiet but fun and so great to walk to the beach or even drive a few blocks and park for all your beach gear. Bring extra towels and TP host does supply them but with big family’s you run out quickly.'

'Microwave door broken, Ice dispenser did not work, Hot tube temp could not be adjusted. Water damage in home with MOLD throughout the home. Would not recommend for families with mold sensitivity . '

'Overall it was a very nice house. Though I think some areas needed more attention. There was mold on the shower curtain in the bathroom that is shared by the bunk bed room & the pool needed cleaning as well as the surrounding area.But as I said, it had some easy touches.'
