The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. 'Great location and house! Check in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Water pressure upstairs was a little low but there is a shower downstairs. Could use a towel stand in the upstairs bathroom. AC vents sound like a shower running when blowing. I found it to be great white noise. No TVs in the bedrooms if you need one to sleep. Great stay-would recommend it and stay again. '

'Loved our stay here, everything was great. Wonderful ammenities from the kitchen supplies to the games in the basement and great environment. Be sure to be clear who is coming as home has had issues with parties. We weren't partying so no problem for us. Would 100% stay here again'

'We had a wonderful stay at the K9 cottage! The house was very homey, well-stocked, and the pups had a BLAST - the yard was perfect for them to wander without getting too far astray. The bed was outrageously comfortable. Bryan was a fabulous host and was very helpful, accommodating, and kind. Would definitely recommend! '

'Our stay with Chip and Nancy was wonderful! We were visiting family nearby and the location was perfect for us. The property is well maintained, and the pool was great for our kids and nephews to use in the warm afternoons! Communication was great, there was some wild weather during our stay and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed to stay comfortable despite the weather. We hope to be back again soon! 'New Hope was so fun for the weekend and this place was perfect! Really great walkable location although nice and quiet at night. Beds were cozy. Living room was okay cozy wise doesn’t have a true couch. But still 5 stars and would return! '

'Wonderful quiet space for visiting the New Hope area. Nicely stocked coffee/tea bar in kitchen including some snacks. Very clean and comfortable. The area had a storm while we were there and lost power but this place has a generator that kicked on and we continued to have power. '
