'No había personal para realizar el chek in, tuve que llamar y esperar al rededor de 15min para que apareciera alguien y me dieran habitación.
La luz del pasillo se filtra por la puerta, entonces todo el tiempo hay luz en la habitación.
Además la puerta del baño no cierra adecuadamente.

'Staying at this location was the worst decision. My sister and I planned for our husband’s a Father’s Day weekend for the pool walk out room. The pool area to our room was nasty and dirty. The room smelled of mildew. No hot water one day for me and the next day no hot water for my sister’s room. TV remote didn’t work and it took maintenance over an hour to come check. Went to take shower and no wash cloths. Called and called front desk and no one would answer so husband went to the front desk....

'From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!'
