'En el cuarto si te quedas varios días no te cambian las toallas y no ponen shampoo y el desayuno malisimo y no hay suficiente para todos los huéspedes les falta personal para que atiendan a la hora del desayuno pedimos toallas para llevarnos a la playa un día si me dieron y el siguiente dijeron que las estaban lavando y pues nos fuimos sin toalla pero está cómodo el hotel y fresco'

'No había personal para realizar el chek in, tuve que llamar y esperar al rededor de 15min para que apareciera alguien y me dieran habitación.
La luz del pasillo se filtra por la puerta, entonces todo el tiempo hay luz en la habitación.
Además la puerta del baño no cierra adecuadamente.
