'I was a 3rd generation Leadvillain, but we recently had to sell the family house in town. Staying here is the closest thing to being home in Leadville. Awesome community every time I go here with people out doing incredible things in one of the world's premier outdoor destinations. I always have so much fun here and feel so relaxed. This most recent time I stayed before running the Leadville 100. Met lots of other runners and people hiking the Colorado Trail. Hanging with them helped me relax...

'Classic old mining town stay. The bar below is a staple in Rico and the accommodation transports you to those mining times, with wonderfully updated amenities. This is the second time we have stayed here, both times were easy, magical and comfortable. Cant wait to return! '

'The listing lists the bathroom as part of the space, but it is shared. It also does not share that while there is no air conditioning (which fine, that is common in the mountains) there is also no fan or operable windows in the room. My room was 80 degrees when I arrived at 1 AM and there was nothing to be done about it. The hallway is also on an occupancy sensor that turns the hallway lights on and off all night, which shine into the rooms through windows above the doors. '

'Great place to stay! Service amenities clean! No tv is fine but WiFi is a necessity! That would have been nice to call home or stream internet!'
