'We rented a condo for 2 nights and it was a beautiful location. The room was super clean with a full-size coffee maker, refrigerator, a washer/dryer machine and a gas stove to cook on. Our room was great! It was comfortable and overlooked the valley. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The large swimming pool was closed for repair, but the small indoor pool was open along with the indoor jacuzzi and outdoor jacuzzi. 'We’ve stayed at The Peaks on several occasions, and sadly, this trip was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the experience was poor. The front desk employee was curt and provided virtually no information about the hotel or amenities. We weren’t told that the pool was under construction, the waterslide was closed, the game room was closed, or that the restaurant wasn’t open. We weren’t given the Wi-Fi password, told where to find breakfast or what the coffee shop offered,...

'Master bedroom tub had hair and soap scum in it. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. Hairdryer did not work. Exhaust fan very noisy. Bathroom rug is dirty and should be replaced. Window in adjoining suite has to be pushed closed from the outside. Mold in sauce pan in cupboard. Dogfood on the floor. No communication with the host after we booked the condo.
