'Clean apartment. Plenty of space. Easy to access. Bed was amazing and comfortable. '

'We had a wonderful stay. Hosts were very communicative with arrival/check-in information. They responded very quickly to any questions. I grew up in Tacoma so I was very familiar with the area. For those who aren’t, rental is located in a quiet area on the North-end, close to waterfront, restaurants/stores, and easy access to the freeway. I would highly recommend staying here and I will definitely check for availability when I travel back to Tacoma.'

'Clean, accessible, three bedroom two level rental. Some challenges with getting the TV and projector to work. Downstairs had a slight cat smell. Works well for a family.'

'Amazing host! Property was so clean and views were stunning. They were great about checking in. Privacy was also great and parking was easy. Really close to coffee shops and food and water. Would stay here again for our next trip!'

'It is listed as a basement apartment but it doesn't feel like a basement - it is really lovely and quite comfortable. I would choose to stay there again. Parking in the driveway worked once I realized it was easier to come in from the Division Street end versus from 4th Street.'

'Exactly as described appointment. parking in back was convenient. The system that gives check in info had a problem but I got a response right away and a new link that worked. The only other issue was the WiFi never connected. Wasn't a big issue for me so I didn't contact anyone about it.'

'Read the description of the property closely. It is as advertised if you like those features. The “AC” is only a portable unit in the bedroom only. Gets pretty warm in there if it’s anything over 70 outside as the building’s roof is right over your head.'

'A Highly Recommended!!!'

'Very Clean, nice open layout. Well insulated bcuz very quiet. Lovely, safe neighborhood which is especially great for a female traveling alone. Cool in-sink dishwasher, and All-in-one washer/dryer which was a bit confusing to use, but host answered my question even at 1130pm. I will happily stay here again in the future'

'Charming little studio in a lovely neighborhood'

'The townhouse (really the second and third floors) has excellent space — four bedrooms and three baths. There were plenty of bath towels and the washer and dryer were greatThe neighborhood is going through a transition, though we always felt safe. It’s only a block to Wright Park, which is great. We were frustrated that we had to walk past overflowing garbage bins every day (we were there six nights) as we walked to the front door. We messaged the owner, who said the cleaning crew should have...

'When we got information about our stay a couple days before check-in, parking was mentioned. It is on the street and not guaranteed. Upon arrival, we could tell parking would be an issue the whole trip. It was very crowded and the neighborhood did not feel safe. Once we checked in, we immediately noticed the place had a dog smell. We have stayed at VRBO's that are pet friendly before and never had an issue. We also noticed a cobweb right next to the table & chairs with a large spider in it....

'The property is very clean and the host are very welcoming plus its a quiet place.'
