'Good safe multi unit location. Only negative was the noise of the pipes. My wife wanted to sleep in, but 6:40am someone in another unit was showering and the pipe, "sing". Noise can also be heard if the other unit(s) flushes toilets. Other than that had a great time.'

'This property is spacious, clean, and comfortable! Plenty or supplies if you want to dine at home. Also excellent proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and freeways. Communications with the property owner was always prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who needs a place to stay in the California Bay Area!!'

'Loved this gem in Berkeley!! Location was perfect. Just a quick ride from downtown Berkeley. We had an amazing view all the way out to the ocean, and this was especially wonderful at night when we were out on the deck in the hot tub. The home is dated but clean and has anything you would need. The appliances in the kitchen are “new retro” and in great shape. Communication with owner was perfect.
