'Lost my reservation, Drove 13 hours to get home. Don't trust this hotel'

'I booked 2 rooms. My business partner arrived on time but I was hours behind due to mechanical issues. I arrived at 3 am. I had already paid in full for both rooms and the hotel would not let me check in or refund me. Again these rooms were already paid for so the hotel canceled my reservation for late check in...kept the money...and rented the room to someone else. 'Rooms were clean and housekeeping was done promptly. In terms of safety, for the most part was pretty safe but the side doors were left unlocked (did not need a key card to enter) for most of the day not sure about night. If I was on the ground floor, I would definitely be a little uncomfortable. Overall, a good affordable stay!'
