'We stayed in Julie’s studio over the weekend for my daughter’s birthday and it was the perfect location for heading out to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the close beach, and Santa Cruz. They had a cot available for my daughter though she did end up in the bed with us. Julie is very nice, welcoming, and accommodating! It was the perfect place and size for us for our trip. '

'Property was clean, spacious, comfortable, cute, beachy and modern (not funky or grungy - very clean floors!) Very private to be up on second level. Centrally located - fun to be able to people-watch down on to main shopping street, from the comfort and privacy of living space. Convenient walk to everything. Bathrooms are updated, and especially generously-sized. Bedrooms are in back of unit, away from street. Both bedrooms could probably fit Cal King beds, but the Queen sizes were comfortable....

'Great location and the property manager is very responsive. The only issue was the last evening there were kids staying in the unit upstairs and they were up running and screaming at 5:30 am and we could hear as if they were in the same room. The door to the upstairs unit needs to have more soundproofing. Other than that we love staying there.'
