'If you want to listen to a dog barking day and night this is the place for you . We barely checked in and asked about the neighbors dog and were told they would move us but then ghosted us. There are permanent tenants in the adjoining apt that have dogs and they are allowed to bark without any repercussions. This is not a relaxing property at all. '15 minute drive to the beach, not as advertised as a 10 minute walk, you cannot walk there, you have to cross a highway. The beds are not comfortable, need new pillows. The blinds are in ill repair or missing. The ceiling in the shower looks like it’s going to fall in. The whole place needs a coat of paint and there is no fire/smoke alarm anywhere. The dishwasher doesn’t work. The AC worked good and there was a grocery store close by. '

The Condo was clean and well equipped. The rooftop space with the hot tub was an added bonus. We enjoyed the fully open sliding doors and the view of the Sea of Cortez was exactly as expected. The security staff was friendly, and the community is well taken care of.'

'We were in between places so we needed a place for one night. We were not disappointed in the condo. It was very clean and quiet. They had all the basic amenities including coffee and tea which was great. They also had soap and shampoo dispensers. Nice to not worry about having those. The washer dryer was a great addition since our last place was not equipped with them! They also have a very nice secluded swimming beach. We Would definitely stay there again.'

"This resort is amazing! The staff, the decor, the grounds, the view and above all the FOOD! Rooms are spacious, quiet and clean, with nice amenities and tons of fresh towels every day. There are several a la carte restaurants throughout the resort, and in its sister hotel in Cabo San Lucas that are part of the All Inclusive arrangement. The service is outstanding, with super friendly personnel, from bellboys and concierge, to waiters and waitresses, cleaners, gardeners, everyone is friendly and helpful. The resort is huge, with residences, time-shares and hotel rooms, several pools (two swim-up bars in infinity pools) but no sandy beach. Not a problem for me, as there are sunbeds right on the sea front. Not a party place, with mostly US and Canadian guests over 45+ or couples with very young children. It might have been the time of the year, though. Highly recommended, for a relaxing and pampered vacation! Surely would return!"
