'Having been to Cabo many times I was excited to stay at this location as it is on my list of communities where I would like to purchase. The stay did not disappoint. The Condo was clean and well equipped. The rooftop space with the hot tub was an added bonus. We enjoyed the fully open sliding doors and the view of the Sea of Cortez was exactly as expected. The security staff was friendly, and the community is well taken care of.'

'If you want to listen to a dog barking day and night this is the place for you . We barely checked in and asked about the neighbors dog and were told they would move us but then ghosted us. There are permanent tenants in the adjoining apt that have dogs and they are allowed to bark without any repercussions. This is not a relaxing property at all. 'The condo was amazing. We really enjoyed our 2 week vacation. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Ubers were quick and easy to find and took us everywhere we needed to go. The grocery store and Costco were a two block walk. '
