'Penthouse apartment with noisy air conditioning motors on the roof. They don't clean your room unless you ask… mediocre food. Absolutely not recommended'

'This was our first time at this property. We had an oceanfront room in the Reserve section (Building #3). It was a rocky start due to the fact that they tried to put us in building #4 which is not oceanfront or Reserve. However, when we explained our frustration, they found a room in the right building. 'The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. '

'Overall beautiful resort with stunning views and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the variety of amenities, including the re-purposed tennis courts into pickleball courts. The restaurants were average and prices seemed high, even for resort pricing. We stayed at the Baja Point and most amenities were located at the Westin next door, which required quite a bit of walking. The beach is beautiful to walk on, but you should definitely not swim in the ocean from this beach. '

'Food and service way over the top! This resort exceeded all expectations, we couldnt believe how excellent the food was, the breakfast buffet is incredible, made to order omelets and everything in between! Pool bar and poolside service was stellar, you sit down in the pool area and a server immediately comes up to you and brings you anything you want and its all excellent! All of the restaurants have different offerings and each one is better than the last! You walk out of your ocean view suite...

'Room (2bdrm) was very nice and spacious with a full size jacuzzi on a large balcony. They had a really nice charcuterie board and good bottle of wine waiting when we arrived! Restaurant downstairs was pretty good, highlight was the ice cream which was amazing. It has an ocean view but it’s not oceanfront, probably the only downside we found. But great for families based on the size of the room. Would return.'

'Top of the line service and the hotel creates an experience for the travel the entire stay. Staff is very attentive and professionally trained for the most demanding guest. Child care services are top notch. Highly recommend you go and stay several extra days long than you want to. '
