'This is a beautiful property and we had a tremendous stay. We were in Cortland for a baseball tournament and five families shared the house. Plenty of space and the grounds were great for relaxing during downtime. The property is clean and well kept and George was very responsive to all of our questions. If we come back to Cortland, we will certainly stay there again!!'

'We loved the location of the cabin. Very close to many of the waterfalls including the Watkins Glen State Park. The cabin was perfect for 3 adults beacuse we each had our own bedroom. My teenage grandson enjoyed the loft area which also has a bathroom. It was like a mini apartment for him. '

'A well maintained and amenity abundant property. Clean nicely decorated. Ample games in basement game room, and stacks of board games. Listing states sleeps 8, but take into account the 8 figure has 2 people in a full sized bed, with an additional queen, king, and 2 twins. Would bring own propane for grill and heater lamp, bottles were empty. Due to storm power went out, but property manager was easy to contact and very responsive. If staying in this area again, I will look for this property...

'The only real issue we had was that our cabin was in an area that was a bit lower than others. Normally, it wouldn't have been a problem, but it had rained for 4-5 days straight. It was a bit 'sloshy' walking to & from the cabin. This was just bad luck, due to weather. Eshay couldn't have done anything more than she did. We would go back again.'
