'There were a couple of things that would make me not stay there again. First, hot water in the bathroom was 50/50 and some mornings there was none for showers. The second thing was that they do not clean your room ever. If you want clean towels or to have the trash cleaned you have to go to the desk and bring them back yourself. A very weird policy. Why run your hotel different than literally every other hotel in the US?'

'I was looking for an affordable place to stay for one night, and overall, this hotel did the job. I stayed in the building closest to the river and had expected my room to have a river view, so that was a little disappointing. That said, the room itself was comfortable, with a large bed and plenty of space for my things. The bathroom was fine, although it could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly.
Since I arrived late and was tired, I planned to relax in the room and watch some TV....

'The first clerk was not so helpful...but then when we went back when to room was ready the young lady was delightful and will to help in anyway that we needed.
Our room was spacious enough for three...it worked great for our one night stay.'

'Springhill Suites Freeport is located just 5 to 10 minutes from downtown and from major highways. The hotel is small, but the room was large and spacious. Breakfast was included and there is a small gym and small indoor pool. During breakfast, I noted that they ran out of items and would not restock or had to be asked to do so. They closed the pool during my first day there and it never reopened, which was very disappointing. The gym doesn't have a treadmill (!). Rooms facing the highway are...
