'We stayed in the family room on the basement , although this means sacrificing windows , I think we benefitted from space. We 2 adults and 2 children . Lovely touches such as towels , wash bits and toothbrushes which the children loved. Was absolutely boiling outside but room was perfect we had 3 fans and an air con unit in the room . The lady on the reception was lovely , kind and helpful.. the kids were sad she wasn’t on when we checked out. Will definitely return ! Thank you'

'Centrally located. Spotless and kind reception staff. Right by the Sky Garden, short walk to Tower Bridge, Close to many underground stations. I just wish they had daily room service. Other than than, great place, great value'
