'Incredible staff, but Preferred Suite and pool are severely neglected. ​We were incredibly disappointed with our Preferred Suite, especially paying premium rates. The room requires a massive update and deep clean. The fan and AC vent made a frustrating amount of noise, the ceiling was noticeably cracked, the hanging light fixture was rusted and corroded, the furniture was chipped and beaten up, and the bathroom door was covered in filthy streaks with rusted hinges. ​The neglect extends right...
