'The location is perfect. The staff was friendly, parking was easy, really clean, modern and had everything you needed in a room. I really enjoyed this room with my 16- year old daughter for her birthday. We had a connecting room for her and her friends which was perfect as a patient. I was able to keep my ear to the door and my eyes to the food court where the group enjoyed the grass and space and water fountain out front. It was perfect for a 16th Birthday celebration'

Nous avons vu qu’il y avait une piscine mais n’avons pas su si nous pouvions y aller. Nous aurions aimé être informés à ce propos, ainsi que de prévenir à l’avance pour la caution. 'Location in West Loop is fantastic, a block away from Whole Foods and a number of great restaurants in Greek town. The staff was fantastic in addressing our needs immediately including a clogged sink and sliding door that came off the tracks. The infrastructure is a bit old and outdated. The only complaint was that we had requested a crib, which the check-in staff had reassured us would be in our room. However, it was not there when we arrived.
