'The staff was attentive and professional, though I don't think the number that texts you when you check in is a human, because I asked if they had something I'd run out of and never got a response. Regardless, it was a beautiful place to stay with extremely comfortable beds--down pillows included. Slightly loud on the side I stayed on, but it calmed down after a while. Thank you for a nice stay.'

'A delightful experience! Perfect location in the heart of Chicago, lovely staff and very nice, clean, modern rooms. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic as well. We stayed for three nights and loved every minute. I wish I had spent a bit more to get a room with a view and the cute window couches they advertise. Next time! '

Nous avons vu qu’il y avait une piscine mais n’avons pas su si nous pouvions y aller. Nous aurions aimé être informés à ce propos, ainsi que de prévenir à l’avance pour la caution. Le petit déjeuner est complet: omelette, sausage, moyen de se faire des gaufres, yaourt, porridge, cake et choix confitures industriel. Du fromage ou des produits...
'Beautiful hotel in great walkable area. There were major renovations going on while we were there so our actual floor was a bit messy/busy, although the common areas remained lovely. Would stay again for the good location. All staff very nice. '

Kamen schoonmaken zou op verzoek. Op ons verzoek is de kamen een keer (slecht) schoongemaakt, echter zonder verschoning van beddengoed. Handdoeken en dekbedden met gaten. Schimmel in douche, laag stof langs de plinten. TV scherm stond niet recht op de poot. Oude beschadigde meubels. Knop van de douche zat los. Het gratis...

"This hotel is truly beautiful — Art Deco style, full of character and soul. The lobby is stunning, and the corridors feel like they transport you to a different era, with elegant marble floors… It could easily be a museum. It’s located downtown, and many sights are within walking distance. The subway and bus stops are also nearby. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom could use renovation.
However, it’s a large hotel, and that comes with some downsides. There was a long queue for both check-in and check-out, as not all service desks were staffed. We stayed for four nights, but had to downgrade our room because it still wasn’t ready — even at 5 PM. There was no refund, and as compensation we were offered a free breakfast, which turned out to be just for one day. Very disappointing.
Upon check-out, the bills I received showed additional charges of $352.26 for taxes and parking. However, my credit card was charged a total of €495.88 — significantly more than expected. I sent multiple messages via Expedia, but the hotel never responded. Since I was traveling through the U.S., I didn’t have the time to call and follow up properly. I sincerely hope the hotel will look into this and respond accordingly."

"Really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Rooms were spacious and apart from some noise from the streets pretty good isolation. Breakfast was spot on. Large choice of eggs, bagels, sausage, pancakes etc. Staff at the breakfast area very helpful and very friendly. Hotel is located in a buzzing area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Only negative I have to mention is that the first 3 days rooms were not cleaned automatically and we did not receive new/fresh towels. We had to go to front desk and ask for this. For the rest would definitely recommend this hotel."
