'Tim checked me in at the front desk and he was helpful, friendly, and made the process easy. We were greeted by a staff person pretty much any time we entered or exited the hotel. The room was clean and beautiful, the bed comfy. The location was great for walking downtown. The only downsides were the construction in front of the hotel (temporary) and the quite loud air conditioner (although the loud AC helped drown out street noise). 'It was a comfortable stay and convenient to restaurants and shops. It was difficult to park nearby the hotel so we did valet parking for convenience of $80 a night. Our car was kept safe. The only issue was the noise from the parties from the restaurant music or nearby bars and rooftop music. It did go off around midnight so we were ok with it.'

'First time staying. Seemed to have all you’d want in a hotel amenities wise but the water pressure was very poor. Just barely enough for a decent shower. Wouldn’t risk staying their again for that alone since the rest of it wasn’t enough to overcome it. '

'Very nice hotel, service was excellent and so was the room . Very comfortable and clean. Ordered food from restaurant, it was delivered promptly and hot, it was delicious, but pricey. The location was perfect to where I needed to go, and a lot of things to do; too bad I didn’t have the time. '

'Nous avons eu une chambre au 21e étage ce qui fut agréable. L’hôtel est un peu décentré dans un quartier moyen. Très bon accueil. Tout est propre et classe. Nous avons vu qu’il y avait une piscine mais n’avons pas su si nous pouvions y aller. Nous aurions aimé être informés à ce propos, ainsi que de prévenir à l’avance pour la caution. "Perfecte ligging doch soms lawaai en drukte aan de liften omwille van drukbezochte rooftop. Lift B werkte niet waardoor we 20minuten in onwetenheid stonden te wachten (na 3 meldingen geen feedback of alternatief voorgesteld) uiteindelijk met bagage naar rooftop gegaan waar ze ons wel hielpen. Service in lobby kon beter. Ander personeel was heel erg vriendelijk."

"Personeel was zeer vriendelijk, accommodatie is centraal gelegen, ontbijt was zeer goed en de kamers waren vaak schoon. Alleen de zwembad was gesloten en ik had deze accommodatie juist gekozen voor de zwembad."
