'I stayed there with my 18 yo son. The house is brand new and doesn't look like anyone has ever stayed there. The owner's are wonderful and you can't beat the location. It's 10 min to Vineyard Haven. 10 min to Oaks Bluffs and 10 min from Edgartown. This house feel like staying in a high end hotel and the interior if beautiful. I can't recommend this house enough.'

'All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done.'

'Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! It was great with our dog - very comfortable, not overly precious but still...

'This is a no frills, as is, 1-bedroom unit downtown Falmouth. If it’s a busy week, expect parking to be tricky and a bit of a game of roulette. Plenty of great food options close by. Unit 1 is a little loud as your bedroom is right by the staircase for a multi unit building- if you’re used to sleeping in any city you’ll be fine. Was in town for a work trip, would stay again.'
