'I had a very disappointing experience at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel in Tokyo. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness, comfort, and service, but unfortunately the experience was not worth the money at all.
The room did not feel clean, and one of the biggest issues was that they did not provide a baby crib. Because of that, my wife and our child had to sleep on the floor, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price level.

'This hotel was very clean and very spacious for our group (6 guests). We had a kitchen and living room which are not included in a lot of hotels. I will say the check in process was a little headache when it came to the passport upload but I reached out to customer support via email and they were VERY quick with responding and assisting me so I am very thankful for that. This place is also a 5 min walk from the train station and shops which was very convenient. Overall definitely recommend...

We booked one of the smaller rooms. The small rooms are oppressively tiny. No space for anything including walking. You can barely open the door without bumping into the bed. An extra foot in each direction and some wall hooks would make a lot of difference. The bed is comfortable and overall we had a great stay…. But the size of the room is shocking when you first walk in. No space for luggage but...
