'Filled with mold and mildew and walls very thin. Run down and room smelled so bad of mold. Shower dirty and curtain very molded'

'Rooms are slightly run down, not really more than $25 or $30 a night. But hey you can’t always get what you want for the price you want lol'

'I have stayed in worse places, but not by much. I could see outside through the door ( 3 of the 4 sides. Roaches everywhere, some were killed and still stuck to the wall. Shower curtain about to fall down. Room stink and sheets were off color and stained. Should have went somewhere else! You get what you pay for! Travelers beware of this property!'

'Booked this hotel happy for it to be pet friendly. However, we were NOT expecting a long term living facility with multiple loose dogs running around. The smoking spot was at the end of the building where there were many people hanging out, 20 or so "residents". You don't see any of this at first because the office is at the opposite end. 'Rooms are clean & big with comfortable beds. It’s a budget hotel so not a lot of amenities but you have microwave, small fridge, ice & vending. Rooms are quiet even when hallway is noisy. It’s located in walking distance to fast food & convenience stores. Housekeeping comes in daily whether you want them or not- this time they left the room the way we had it - with trashcan in the bathroom. So that was nice- prior trip we had to keep putting trashcans, pillows, etc back after every cleaning....

'Good price for an ok place to stay. Pet friendly also a plus!!'

'Older hotel but the rooms were clean, bed comfortable. Great place to stay when just travelling through. Lots of parking directly in front of your room'

'It's a clean place close to Miami University. Nothing fancy and the shower's water pressure is just good enough to get a shower. We have stayed here now for our 4th time in 2 years to visit our son. It is dog friendly which is also a big reason we stay here... in case we end up having to take our dog with us on the visit.'

'Room was clean. Nothing fancy. Staff was non existent when we were checking out. Great for a quick night stay.'
