'We were not pleased with our stay unfortunately. There was a lot of construction going on which we were unaware of when we booked our stay. The construction workers were using the only elevator available. Our room had exposed sprinklers in both the living area as well as the bathroom. Our sink drain also didn’t work so the water was rising and staying in the sink causing us to have to use the toilet to brush our teeth over which is extremely unsanitary. The A/C didn’t stay on in the room so we...

'They charged us $20 for early check in. We arrived a little after 2. Check in was 3. Other hotels we stayed at down there never charged money for an early check in. Breakfast was okay. Juice machine broke, ran out of creamer and they had to run to the store for milk. Not very organized for breakfast. Room was dirty in the corners. We won’t be going back.'

'Our stay exceeded our expectations! The staff was very nice and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed at check in to have a great stay regarding hot tubs and restaurants and bars. The room was extremely clean. The atmosphere here was so inviting and relaxing. My favorites were the parrots in the lobby and the indoor/outdoor heated pool—and the outside fire pit at the restaurant —-and the roof with two hot tubs and the relaxing pub!! So many wonderful things at this hotel!! ...

'This is a solid, not fancy place almost directly on the beach. It is less than 5 minute walk to the beach and to several restaurants. The hotel is showing its age but is well maintained. The beds are comfortabl. The rooms are a good size. Parking in the ramp near the room was a nice feature. The shower wasnt great, both in terms of water pressure/ shower head and also water splashing out. It was just what we needed for the night we were passing through. Great value.'
