'A little outdated and worn, but still a fantastic five star hotel in terms of amenities, service and ambience, all very much in the old-style luxury model. A great way to pamper yourself, especially if you book their Red Level accommodation. In the Salamanca district, right next to Plaza Colón, taxi's in front of the door, footsteps away from public transport and walking distance from Retiro, El Prado and other sights. The personnel could not be more professional and helpful. Very recommendable.'

'Hotel is heel schoon en vriendelijk personeel. Openbaar vervoer is tot laat bereikbaar alleen jammer dat het metro station aan het verbouwen was en daardoor heb je hele dag last van gehoor als je bij het zwembad ligt. Lekker bedden en mooi badkamer '
