'Prima hotel, goede service.'

'Clean, comfortable, convenient. I had to extend my stay and Alisha at the front desk was super helpful in getting that settled.'

'Hotel geeft aan ontbijt te verstrekken maar er wordt een soort van “goodie bag” verstrekt. Er is geen ontbijt ruimte. Ca half uur van Niagara Falls. Veel winkels en eetgelegenheden in de omgeving'

'Nice hotel with well organized and designed rooms. I had a very comfortable bed. Although the hotel is nice but the room, hallways and elevator needed better cleaning--maintenance and basic repairs are also needed in these areas.'

'The staff was really nice even though I arrived late. However it is just the feeling in the room and the outside looks like there is some displeasure'

'Very nice! Very clean! Great price!'

'Everything was great!! Very close to tge airport'

'We were 2 couples that were travelling in the area. We were very pleased with our stay at Best Western. The hotel was very clean and the surroundings were well maintained. We felt safe in this area. Several close restaurants in the area. Our room was also clean and comfortable. I could hear the person above us as they were moving around during the night and early morning. A good variety of breakfast items were served in the morning. We would definitely return to this Best Western!'

'This needs to be brought up to management asap. I have been staying there for years and always rated your hotel at 5 stars. Last time it was horrible and I just figured it was a one time event. You MUST replace your cleaning management team. Never seen a more dirtier room and we had 2. After I complained and it was “cleaned” I still had someone’s fake eye lash on my glass and bloody sheets! Disgusting'

'The staff were very nice and friendly. They always had service with a smile.'
