'We are a local band out of Syracuse playing in downtown Buffalo for the night. We chose this home because we knew our cars would be packed with expensive gear and sitting over night-(off street parking in a safe neighborhood). Just as advertised, the house slept 6 adults very comfortably- beds were cozy after a late of playing, house is welcoming, well stocked and clean. Loved coffee on the back porch this morning. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Proximity to amenities was super convenient....

'Matthew was a great VRBO host. Our family had no issues with check in or gate and door codes. The house was very clean and everything you would need was supplied. The beds were comfy. Lots of towels and bedding. We were in close distance to everything we wanted to do. Caught a Sabres game, went to Niagara Falls, walked around some cool areas like Lewiston and Elmwood. Allentown had a lot to offer as well. Had a rain day so went and hung out at the Walden Galleria for a while. We would definitely...

'What a great stay! Great, old-school 2 flat apartment that smelled like my childhood home - warm wood and plaster combining to make a great old-house smell. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfy and Aaron generously left coffee pods and a bottle of wine! i needed to call because I couldn't figure out the key pad and he answered immediately and patiently walked me through. We loved the neighborhood - so many great bars and restaurants within walking distance. A really wonderful stay!'
